2000 Rockwood Ultra Lite By Forest River Travel Trailer 26' Transformed Into A Stylish Tiny House.

Brand new carpet in bedroom and brand new custom-built full-size bed with storage underneath, contemporary bathroom fixtures, "pantry" by IKEA (see wall-hung unit opposite refrigerator).

Trailer has motion sensors. Custom-built “skids” keep items stored under the trailer off the ground. Custom skirting protects the goods.

New kitchen and bathroom sink faucets, new thermostat. Includes 2 hoses, sewage get-up, bamboo wheel covers. Two full propane tanks. Comes with original manual and original table.

Linoleum floor is worn but is easily covered by a 4x6 rug and doormat. See pictures. The radio and bathroom fan do not work. The propane tanks needs new hoses.
